The Tata Harrier facelift was spied on the road yet again. The latest spy shots confirm the Harrier’s key feature additions and design changes. Apart from an updated front profile, the Harrier facelift will also get advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS)features.

Up front, the new Harrier facelift is likely to offer a redesigned face with a bigger grille featuring horizontal slats. The test car had round headlights, which implies that Tata might redesign the headlight clusters as well. We can faintly see the edges of the new headlights, which could feature vertically-stacked lighting elements.

Speaking of other changes on the front, the lower part of the bumper now houses a radar for ADAS. Hence, the new Harrier could offer features like adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, blind spot detection and auto emergency braking. The new Harrier facelift could also pack a 360-parking camera.

On the inside, we expect the Harrier to offer a revised dashboard layout with premium materials. It could get a bigger touchscreen infotainment system along with a better interface. The new Harrier will continue to come with features like automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, panoramic sunroof, electric parking brake, rear disc brakes, ventilated seats and wireless phone charger.

In terms of powertrain, we expect the new Harrier to carry the same 2.0L FCA-sourced turbo diesel engine. In its current state, this engine produces 170PS of power at 3750rpm and 350Nm of torque between 1750rpm and 2500rpm. This engine comes with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

Tata Motors could showcase the Harrier facelift along with the Safari facelift at the 2023 Auto Expo. Apart from the facelifts, we expect Tata Motors to display a host of electric vehicles and future concepts.
