In this July 2023 Mahindra car sales analysis, we’ll look at the car sales of Mahindra for the previous month. We’ll also compare the YoY and MoM change to find out which Mahindra cars’ sales improved and which ones declined. Lastly, the table with monthly sales for the last 6 months will give you an idea about the 6-month sales trend of all Mahindra cars.

The Scorpio pair were the best-selling cars in the month of July. 10,522 units of the pair were sold.
The Bolero pair was also a close second with 8,921 units dispatched in July 2023.
Scorpios also reported the best YoY gains of about 176.68% in July 2023.
The Thar reported about 45.60% growth in YoY comparison analysis.
Mahindra launched its first and only electric car, the XUV400 in the past year and reported 707 units dispatched in the month of July.
Speaking of losers, XUV300 was the only notable loser with a 23.65% drop in YoY comparison analysis.
Alturas G4 was discontinued by the carmaker. Besides that, E-Verito has been reporting zero dispatches for three consecutive months and July has been discontinued by the carmaker.
Going by its dispatch numbers, Marazzo could be next in line for discontinuation by the carmaker with just 81 units dispatched in July 2023.

July 2023 - Mahindra Car Sales Figures - MoM Change

Most Mahindra cars reported MoM growth in July compared to June 2023. The only exceptions to this were XUVV300 and XUV400 with 11% and 10.28% decline in dispatched, respectively.
Amongst the gainers, the Thar saw the biggest growth of 35%, followed by the Scorpio pair with a 21.67% MoM growth in July over June.
XUV700 reported a growth figure of 14.56% in MoM comparison.
Bolero pair reported a growth of 2.71%.
