Update May 1, 2023: As of February 2023, the Bolero ranked among the top 5 SUVs in the B2 category, securing the 4th spot in terms of sales. It even outperforms the Sonet, which ranks 5th. The top 3 spots are currently with the Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, and Hyundai Venue. Despite some in-house competition from Mahindra's XUV300, which has a respectable monthly sales figure of around 5,000, the Bolero consistently performs well.

Mahindra heavily rely on the Bolero to maintain their leading position in the B2-SUV space, but Maruti Suzuki are likely to take that spot. With the launch of the Fronx and the Jimny in the pipeline, Maruti Suzuki will have 3 SUVs in the B2 segment to move Mahindra out of the top spot.
