9 Features Hyundai Venue Gets But Nissan Magnite Doesn’t | V3Cars
The Hyundai Venue is one of the best-selling B2-segment SUVs in the country. Ever since its launch, the Venue has gained the tag of the most feature-rich sub-compact SUV in the country. The Nissan Magnite, on the other hand, offers practicality and a sensible set of features at an affordable price.
In this article, we share the list of features that you get in the Hyundai Venue over the Nissan Magnite.
1. Curtain Airbags
While both the Venue and Magnite get front airbags, the Venue offers side thorax and curtain airbags in its top variant. It is worth noting that the Global NCAP awarded the Nissan Magnite a 4-star rating while they are yet to test the Venue.
2. Automatic Headlights
The top variants of the Venue offer automatic headlights, which not only turn on the lights during night but also when you enter a tunnel or a dark space such as an underground car park. The Magnite, on the other hand, comes with LED headlights.
3. Sunroof
The Venue comes with an electric sunroof from the mid variant onwards. The Magnite, on the other hand, doesn’t offer an electric sunroof even in the top variants.

4. Drive Modes
The Venue offers eco, normal and sport modes that change the characteristics of the powertrain. The automatic variants of the Magnite, on the other hand, offer a sport mode for the CVT transmission.
5. Paddle Shifters
Both the Venue and Magnite come with automatic transmission options. However, only the Sonet offers paddle shifters.
6. Rear Disc Brakes
While the standard Venue comes with drum brakes at the rear, the Venue N Line offers rear disc brakes that offer better stopping power and feedback. The Magnite comes with drum brakes at the rear.
7.Cornering Lamps
The Venue offers cornering lamps that are built into the headlight clusters. Cornering lamps light up the corners of the road when making a turn. It’s a useful feature and makes driving at night a lot safer and easier.

8. Power Adjustable Driver Seat
The Venue is the only B2-segment SUV to come with power-adjustable driver’s seat. It is worth mentioning that the power adjustment is only for fore and aft movement and backrest recline whereas height adjustment remains a physical job.
9. Reclining Rear Seat
The new Venue also offers 2-step recline for the 2nd row backrest. It offers better comfort on long interstate journeys.
