2025 Kia EV6 Facelift – What’s Changed?
The Kia EV6 facelift gets significant revision to its front end. The previous LED headlamps and DRLs are now replaced by sharper units, while the lower grille and front bumper are also redesigned for a refreshed appearance. New black and silver alloy wheel designs are available in 19-inch and 20-inch sizes. At the rear, a sleek, full-width LED light bar adds a modern touch. The remainder of the exterior styling remains largely consistent with the pre-facelift model.
Inside, the EV6's interior receives substantial upgrades. A new curved panoramic display integrates a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a matching 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A new 2-spoke steering wheel and a fingerprint authentication system, enabling keyless vehicle start for registered drivers, are also introduced. Further enhancements include over-the-air (OTA) software updates, a digital rear-view mirror, a head-up display (HUD), and an augmented reality (AR) navigation system. A 14-speaker Meridian sound system with an external amplifier provides a premium audio experience.
Another notable feature of the EV6 facelift is Kia’s Remote Parking Assist 2. This upgraded technology enables drivers to remotely control their vehicle’s entry and exit from parking spaces while outside the car. Using sensors, RSPA 2 identifies suitable parking spots and autonomously manages steering, acceleration, braking, gear changes, and obstacle avoidance. Remote manoeuvring (forward and backward) is controlled via the key fob, and the smart parking functionality can also be activated using in-car buttons.
