Auto Expo 2025: Kia Syros Showcased To Potential Buyers For The First Time
Rank 2: EV 9
- This is Kia’s flagship car in India and the only one that costs more than Rs. 1.0 crore (Rs. 1.30 crore ex-sh, to be precise).
- This car will sell in India as a fully-imported model.
- Since it’s not likely to sell in large numbers, you may not even get to see it quite often on public roads. In fact, most Kia dealerships won’t even have this car as part of their offerings and it will remain an exclusive model only for the most stylish Kia showrooms.
Rank 3: EV6 Facelift
- Just like EV9, the EV6 will also sell in limited numbers. So, if you want to see it, the Expo is the best option.
- The facelift version of the EV6 gets significant visual updates that you will appreciate when you see it in person.
- The EV6 bookings opened on Jan 17, 2024 and Kia will announce the price in March 2025. Deliveries should start within another couple of months post launch.
Auto Expo 2025: Kia EV6 Facelift Revealed; Bookings Open
Rank 4: Carnival Hi-Limo
- The Hi Limousine version of the Carnival isn’t just one with a tall roof.
- The high roof makes the cabin feel airy and the car gets a starry night sky-like ambient lighting option.
- There’s also a big screen mounted high in the car for on-the-go entertainment.
- The Carnival Hi Limo is unlikely to go on sale anytime soon. Kia are showcasing it to gauge the interest in the car from potential buyers.
- If there’s enough interest and if the interested visitors appear willing to pay top dollars for the improvements then Kia may consider this car for India launch.
Auto Expo 2025: Kia Carnival Hi Limousine Revealed
Rank 5: Carnival
- A fairly luxurious MPV from Kia with a very high price tag of Rs. 65.0 lakh.
- It’s only available with diesel-automatic powertrain.
- Considering the price tag, this car too is going to be rare on public roads. So, you can consider checking it out at the Expo 2025.
Rank 6: Sonet & Sonet X Line
- An affordable car that would interest some visitors.
- Nothing special about these Sonet twins.
Rank 7: Seltos & Seltos X Line
- A mass market SUV from Kia to compete with the hot cars like the Creta and Grand Vitara
- Nothing special about these Seltos twins.
Rank 8: Carens & Carens X Line
- A mass market MPV from Kia to fill in the gap between the Ertiga and Innova Crysta/Hycross
- Nothing special about these Carens twins.
