Maruti Suzuki today announced the prices of the much-awaited Nexa Fronx, which competes with small SUVs like the Tata Punch, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger and the upcoming Hyundai Exter. The Nexa-exclusive Maruti Fronx is priced from Rs. 7.47 lakh for the Sigma variant with the 1.2L normal petrol engine and manual transmission.

Here’s a look at the variant-wise prices of the Maruti Suzuki Fronx 1.2L normal petrol:

The Fronx Delta 1.2L petrol-manual costs Rs. 8.33 lakh while the Delta Plus costs Rs. 8.73 lakh. With the automatic transmission, these variants cost Rs. 8.88 lakh and Rs. 9.28 lakh, respectively. The AMT automatic transmission carries a premium of Rs. 55,000 over the 1.2L normal petrol-manual powertrain.

The higher Zeta and Alpha variants of the Fronx turbo petrol-manual cost Rs. 10.56 lakh and Rs. 11.48 lakh, respectively. A 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission is also available in these variants for an additional Rs. 1.50 lakh. The Maruti Suzuki Fronx Zeta turbo automatic costs Rs. 12.06 lakh while the Alpha costs Rs. 12.98 lakh.

There’s only one variant-engine-transmission combination that is available with the normal petrol as well as turbo petrol powertrain. In this Delta Plus variant with the petrol-manual powertrain, the Fronx 1.2L costs Rs. 8.73 lakh. With the turbo petrol-manual powertrain in this variant, it costs Rs. 9.73 lakh (ex-showroom). What to know what is difference between AGS and AT. In 1.2 version i can see AGS and in 1.0 turbo i can see AT. Are these same which someone calls Automatic.
