Honda are all set to showcase a brand new product – the Elevate C-segment SUV – in India on June 6. Our sources have confirmed that a few Honda dealerships have started accepting unofficial bookings for the Elevate. We expect the Honda Elevate SUV to launch ahead of the 2023 festive season. Read on to know more about the Elevate SUV from Honda.
Honda Elevate Unofficial Bookings Open
A few Honda dealerships have started accepting bookings for the Elevate SUV for a token amount of Rs. 21,000. If you are considering the Honda Elevate over its rivals, such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, then you can reach out to your nearest Honda dealership and place an unofficial booking right away. However, it is worth noting that the booking amount could vary depending on your location and you must ensure to go for a fully-refundable booking.

Honda Elevate Design Details
While the dimensions and design details of the Elevate SUV are under wraps, images of the SUV wrapped in camouflage give us a hint about its exterior design. The Elevate is likely to draw inspiration from larger Honda SUVs like the new CR-V. It could feature slim LED headlights up front along with LED DRLs and a large chrome grille. At the rear, it could feature connected LED tail lights and a prominent skid plate on the bumper. Furthermore, it will offer a shark fin roof antenna and roof rails for a modern and rugged stance.
Honda Elevate Expected Features
The biggest highlight of the Honda Elevate could be its advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) features. Currently, the MG Astor is the only C-segment SUV to offer ADAS features and the Honda Elevate could soon join the party and ‘elevate’ customer experience.
Take a look at the expected ADAS features of the Elevate SUV:
- Auto emergency braking (AEB)
- Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
- Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
- Lane Keeping Assist (LKA)
- Auto High Beam (AHB)
- Blind spot camera

The recently released top view of the Honda Elevate confirmed that the SUV will offer a single pane sunroof, unlike its rivals which offer panoramic sunroof. Other features of the Elevate could include a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 6 airbags, 360-degree parking camera, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, front and rear armrests, automatic headlights and rain-sensing wipers.
Honda Elevate Powertrain Details
The Honda Elevate is likely to come with a 1.5L normal petrol engine borrowed from the City sedan. The 1.5L normal petrol engine produces 121PS of power at 6600rpm and 145Nm of torque at 4300rpm. Transmission choices for the normal petrol engine could include a 6-speed manual and a 7-step CVT. Like the City e:HEV, Honda could also launch Elevate e:HEV with the same 1.5L strong hybrid powertrain.
