2024 BYD Atto 3 New Variants And Prices (July 2024)

The BYD Atto 3 is now available in 3 variants compared to one earlier. Their prices are as follows:

Earlier, the BYD Atto 3 was available in a single variant priced at Rs. 33.99 lakh. The inclusion of the new variants have brought the ex-showroom price of the Atto 3 down by Rs. 9.0 lakh.

BYD have also introduced a new special edition variant of the Atto 3 called Cosmos Black Edition finished in black exterior colour. However, the carmaker is yet to reveal the price of the special edition variant.

The BYD Atto 3’s new variants offer features like 7 airbags, panoramic sunroof and a 360-degree surround view camera. Other features include:

• 12.8-inch rotating touchscreen infotainment system
• Wireless charger
• Electrically-operated tailgate
• NFC card key
• ADAS features
• Driving modes
• Blade battery technology

2024 BYD Atto 3 Powertrain Specs And Range

Each variant of the Atto 3 has received certification from the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI). The Premium and Superior variants offer a range of 521km (ARAI tested) and 480km (NEDC) with a battery capacity of 60.48 kWh. The Dynamic model offers a range of 468km (ARAI tested) and 410km (NEDC), powered by a battery capacity of 49.92 kWh.

The extended range variants of the Atto 3 – Premium and Superior – offer 204PS of power and 310Nm of torque and sprints from 0-100kmph in 7.3 seconds. BYD are yet to reveal the power and torque figures of the Atto 3’s base Dynamic variant.

In terms of rivals, the BYD Atto 3 competes against EVs such as the MS ZS EV at the lower end and Hyundai Ioniq 5 at the upper end.
