Honda have already revealed their plan to launch two SUVs in the Indian market. The first SUV could be a B-segment SUV whereas the second SUV could go against the Hyundai Creta in the C-segment. On the engine front, the upcoming SUV could borrow its powertrains from the Amaze. Engine options could include a 1.2L normal petrol engine with a 5-speed manual and CVT. Honda could also introduce a hybrid system with the compact SUV to boost fuel efficiency. In addition to that, we can also expect it to get the 1.5L turbo diesel engine that powers the Amaze and City sedans.
