New Kia Carnival (KA4) — Front Profile
The new Carnival (KA4) boasts a striking face with a couple of interesting design elements. For starters, it gets a large ‘Tiger Nose’ grille with chrome detailing. The grille incorporates the LED DRLs that meet the side chrome surrounds. The LED headlights are slimmer when compared to the current Carnival and incorporate twin LED projectors. Move down the front and you will find the radar for the various advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) in the new Carnival (KA4). It further incorporates front parking sensors, a splash of chrome around the lip and LED fog lights.

2023 Kia Carnival (KA4) — Side Profile
Around the side, the new Carnival (KA4) takes inspiration from bigger Kia cars. It gets a flowing design devoid of any sharp curves or creases. Respecting the van bodystyle, the new Carnival (KA4) gets sliding-type rear doors and they can be opened electronically with just the press of a button. The Carnival (KA4) also offers 5-spoke diamond-cut alloy wheels wrapped in 235/55/R19 tyres. It also gets cameras at the end of the ORVMs for the 360-degree parking camera. Towards the C-pillar, the Carnival (KA4) gets a bruised knurl finish, something similar to what we have seen in the new Hyundai Tucson. To uplift its side profile, Kia have also neatly added roof rails that seem to be there only for aesthetic purposes.
New Kia Carnival (KA4) — Rear Profile
The new Carnival (KA4) takes a big departure from the current Carnival at the rear. It gets sleek LED tail lights connected via a lightbar. The new Kia logo sits in the middle of the lightbar without obstructing its design. It gets a large rear windscreen and a generous recess to open the rear tailgate. Lastly, it also boasts chrome garnishing on the lower part of the bumper.
Overall, the new Carnival, aka the KA4, looks a lot sleeker than the model it is about to replace. It brings a breath of fresh air in the MPV space that is usually unexciting.
