The LF-30 concept looks quite radical and Lexus say the steeply raked windscreen and tapered design of the concept was possible thanks to in-wheel electric motors. With 4 electric motors in total (one on each wheel), the LF-30 concept produces a combined power output of 544PS and 700Nm of torque. Lexus revealed performance figures such as a top speed of 200kmph and 0-100kmph in 3.8 seconds. Equipped with a 110kW battery pack, the LF-30 offers a WLTP-rated driving range of 500km. While the LF-30 can be charged using a 150kW fast charger, the highlight of the Lexus concept car is its ability to charge wirelessly.

Other highlights of the LF-30 include Lexus’s Tazuna concept, which learns the driver’s preferences and behaviour using artificial intelligence to personalise various functions such as navigation and audio playback. It also gets gesture and voice controls for selecting or modifying information displayed on Lexus’ AR-powered SkyGate display. Finally, the LF-30 also features a premium Mark Levinson sound system with noise cancellation technology for a refined cabin experience.
