BMW To Launch New X3 At Auto Expo 2025 – Will Also Showcase i7, M2, M5 And More | V3Cars

Update (Jan 15, 2024): We can now confirm the lineup of cars BMW will showcase at the 2025 Auto Expo.

Participating brands include Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Skoda, Mahindra, Tata Motors, Kia, MG, Toyota, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, VinFast, BYD, and others. This article will focus on the cars, SUVs and EVs that BMW have confirmed for the Expo. Our list includes the new X3 SUV, M5 and i7, among others.

1. New X3

The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 will see BMW showcase a range of its latest offerings, including the all-new X3, which recently made its global debut. The 4th generation X3 boasts a refreshed design with a larger, more prominent kidney grille flanked by sleek, swept-back LED headlights with a distinctive new DRL signature. The sculpted bumpers feature sharp creases and a prominent air dam, enhancing the SUV’s sporty character.  

While the new X3 retains a similar profile as its predecessor, it has been refined with softer lines and flush-mounted door handles, contributing to a cleaner and more minimalist aesthetic. The redesigned alloy wheels further enhance the new X3’s visual appeal.

The rear end has been completely redesigned, featuring striking split LED taillights with a distinctive Y-shaped signature. The number plate has been relocated from the tailgate to the bumper, further emphasising the X3’s revised design.

Inside, the X3 features a modern and minimalist dashboard dominated by a curved display housing the digital instrument cluster and the central infotainment touchscreen. The cabin exudes a premium ambiance with the inclusion of ambient lighting that creates a captivating atmosphere, especially at night.  

The X3 is expected to be offered with a range of powertrain options, including a 2L turbo petrol engine and a 2L diesel engine, both likely to be equipped with mild-hybrid technology. All-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic transmission are expected to be standard across the lineup.

Other BMW Cars At Auto Expo 2025

Apart from the new X3, BMW India will showcase models from their current portfolio, including the i7 electric luxury sedan, 5 Series Long Wheelbase as well as sporty M Performance models such as the M5, M4 and M2.
