Maruti Jimny Discounts Up By Another Rs. 75,000 (Max Official Discount Of Rs. 2.80 Lakh) | V3Cars

Maruti Suzuki have once again increased their discounts on the Jimny. Applicable since July 17, 2024, Maruti are offering up to Rs. 2.80 lakh discounts on the Jimny Alpha. The Jimny Zeta, which was earlier getting up to Rs. 2.0 lakh in early July, is now getting discounts of Rs. 2.75 lakh.

What’s more interesting to note is that they have not only increased the discounts on the Zeta but also shuffled them on Alpha to make it more attractive for buyers. The cash discount on both variants was earlier only Rs. 1.0 lakh. Now, this component is up to Rs. 1.75 lakh for Zeta and 1.80 lakh for Alpha.

The MSSF offer, which you can avail if you’re getting a car loan through Maruti, was at Rs. 1.0 lakh for Zeta and Rs.1.50 lakh for Alpha. This component is now at Rs. 1.0 lakh for both variants. Such moves suggest that they want to move the car off the lot but they want to keep the option of denying the offer to some customers so as to get a higher price. Moreover, the sound of “almost 3 lakh discounts” will help them improve footfall at their dealerships ahead of the Thar 5-door launch.
