Mahindra XUV400 Crosses 10,000 Bookings — Monthly Production Estimate | V3Cars

Mahindra opened bookings for the XUV400 on January 26 and within 5 days, the electric SUV has garnered over 10,000 bookings. The carmaker launched the XUV400 at an introductory price starting at Rs. 15.99 lakh.

Mahindra XUV400 Crosses 10,000 Bookings

Mahindra XUV400 is the latest electric SUV in to go on sale in India. Mahindra says it will take them about 7 months to supply the current number of orders for the XUV400. Mahindra will commence deliveries of the XUV400 EL variant in March 2023, whereas deliveries of the EC variant will start during the Diwali season.

Mahindra XUV400 Estimated Monthly Production

Since the XUV400 garnered around 10,000 bookings and it accounts for 7 months of supply, Mahindra may have the capacity to produce around 1400 units of the XUV400 each month. It is worth mentioning that the carmaker is currently prioritising the production of the EL variant over the base EC variant.

Mahindra XUV400 Introductory Prices

Take a look at the introductory prices of the XUV400:

The base EC variant of the XUV400 offers the choice of 3.3kW AC charger and 7.2kW fast AC charger at Rs. 15.99 lakh and 16.49 lakh, respectively. The EL variant, on the other hand, only offers the 7.2kW fast AC charger at Rs. 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It is worth mentioning that the introductory prices of the XUV400 are only valid for the first 5,000 bookings.
