From a trusted source, we have recently learned the ARAI-claimed mileage or fuel efficiency figures of the 2024 Scorpio N petrol and diesel. At least the ARAI numbers are not as bad as we were expecting since Mahindra usually shy away from revealing the mileage of their SUVs — especially the ones with big engines.

Here are the ARAI-claimed fuel efficiency figures of the Scorpio N’s various powertrain options

The figures mentioned above are only indicative as ARAI tests cars under a laboratory-like condition at an average speed of 30kmph. The real-world mileage can vary significantly as the tests do not take into consideration factors like driving style, traffic lights, weather and road conditions. Additionally, the tests are conducted with the air conditioner switched off, and thus do not reflect real-world driving conditions.

Mahindra Scorpio N Powertrain Specifications

The Mahindra Scorpio N is offered with 2 engine options – a 2.0L turbo petrol and a 2.2L diesel engine. Both engines are offered with the option of a 6-speed manual and 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The 2.2L diesel engine is available in 2 states of tune, with the lower tune only available with the base Z2 and Z4 variants of the SUV. 2024 Mahindra Scorpio N Prices And Rivals

The 2024 Mahindra Scorpio is priced from Rs. 13.85 lakh to Rs. 24.54 lakh (ex-showroom). It competes with 5- and 7-seater SUVs such as the Tata Harrier and Safari, MG Hector and Hector Plus, Hyundai Alcazar and other Mahindra SUVs like the XUV700 and new Thar Roxx.

I have Scorpio n but observed milage of 12 to 13 kmpl only. It's not giving milage above 14kmpl at all at any conditions, this is my 4th car and I drove around 4 to 5lacs on speedometer and my driving is very good.
