Renault India Donate Triber & Kiger To Indian Army’s Eastern Command | V3Cars
Renault India have donated 2 of its vehicles, the Triber and Kiger to the Eastern Command of the Indian Army to support their mobility and transportation needs. This initiative aligns with Renault's commitment to community service and supporting the nation's defence forces.
The donated vehicles include the Renault Kiger and Triber, known for their quality, safety, and “Make in India” spirit. These vehicles will enhance the efficiency and mobility of the Eastern Command. This contribution reflects Renault's dedication to supporting the Indian Army and its ongoing efforts to innovate and bring value-driven vehicles to the market.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Venkatram M, Managing Director and Country CEO, Renault India said:
We are truly honored to support the Eastern Command of the Indian Army by providing these vehicles. The Triber and Kiger reflect Renault's commitment to quality, safety, and the Make in India initiative. We are confident that these vehicles will improve the mobility and logistical capabilities of the Eastern Command. Speaking of the donated models, the Triber, which is priced from Rs. 6.0 lakh to Rs. 8.98 lakh (ex-showroom), is a B2-segment MPV that offers features like a 7.0-inch digital driver’s display, wireless charger, driver seat armrest and power-fold ORVMs. It is powered by a 1.0L normal petrol engine and comes with the option of a 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT.
The Kiger is Renault B2-segment SUV, which is priced from Rs. 6.0 lakh to Rs. 11.23 lakh (ex-showroom). Top features of the Kiger include semi-leatherette seats, leatherette steering wheel, power folding ORVMs, and a bezel-less auto-dimming IRVM. The Kiger SUV gets 2 engine option – a 1.0L normal petrol and a 1.0L turbo petrol. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual, 5-speed AMT (normal petrol) and a CVT (turbo petrol) automatic transmission.
