In this May 2022 Kia cars sales analysis article, we’ll look at the car sales of Kia for the previous month. We’ll also compare the YoY and MoM change to find out which Kia cars sales are improving and which ones are declining. Lastly, the table with monthly sales for the last 6 months will give you an idea about the 6-month sales trend of all Kia cars.

May 2022 - Kia Car Sales Figures - YoY Change

The Sonet gained 19.2% YoY to jump 2 positions and took the top spot for the month of May 2022 from Seltos, which held the top spot in April
The Seltos becomes Kia’s second top seller, which enjoyed a YoY gain of 39.19% in May 2022
The Carnival is the top gainer for Kia and posted a YoY gain of 63.7%
The Carens was not on sale in May 2021 hence we cannot do a YoY comparison

May 2022 - Kia Car Sales Figures - MoM Change

In MoM too, only the Sonet showed a growth of massive 46.17% which was the biggest loser for April, while the other 3 Kia’s reported a drop
The Carnival and Seltos were the biggest MoM losers reporting a drop of 32.68% and 20.69%, respectively
