2024 Fronx Velocity Edition Feature Additions Over Standard Variants

Fronx Sigma Variant

For the Fronx Sigma variants, which come with the option of a 1.2L petrol and 1.2L CNG engines, the Velocity Edition offers the following additional features:

• Painted front bumper garnish (black + red)
• Front grille garnish (red)
• Headlamp garnish
• Wheel arch garnish

Fronx Delta, Delta Plus, Delta Plus (O) Variants

The Delta, Delta Plus and Delta Plus (O) variants get the following additional features over the Fronx Velocity Edition Sigma variant:

• Body side molding (red insert)
• Painted rear bumper garnish (black + red)
• Illuminated door sill guards
• Red dash designer mat
• Rear upper spoiler extender (black + red)
• Premium door visor
• ORVM cover (Red Dash finish)
• Back door garnish

The Fronx Delta Plus variant with the turbo petrol engine also comes with a carbon finish interior styling kit.

Fronx Alpha And Zeta Variants

The Alpha and Zeta variants of the Fronx, which only get the 1.0L turbo petrol option, comes with the following features as part of the Velocity Edition pack:

• Body side molding (red insert)
• Painted rear bumper garnish (black + red)
• Illuminated door sill guards
• Red dash designer mat
• Rear upper spoiler extender (black + red)
• Premium door visor
• ORVM cover (Red Dash finish)
• Back door garnish
• Interior styling kit (carbon finish)

Maruti Suzuki are yet to reveal the full variant-wise prices of the Fronx Velocity Edition. While the Fronx Velocity Edition’s prices start from Rs. 7.29 lakh (ex-showroom) for a limited period, the standard variants of the Fronx are priced from Rs. 7.52 lakh to Rs. 12.88 lakh (ex-showroom).

2024 Fronx Velocity Edition Powertrain Specs

The Fronx Velocity Edition is now available with all engine options offered with the standard variants. The 1.2L petrol engine, which is available with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT. It produces 90PS of power and 113Nm of torque. The 1.2L CNG bi-fuel engine is only available with the 5-speed manual and produces 78PS of power and 99Nm of torque. The 1.0L turbo petrol engine is offered with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. It produces 100PS of power and 148Nm of torque.

The Maruti Suzuki Fronx competes with B2-segment SUVs like the Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, Citroen C3.
