Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 Design And Colours Leaked | V3Cars
Maruti Suzuki are set to launch the Alto K10 on August 17. The 2022 Alto K10 will sit on Maruti’s Heartect platform and draw power from a 1.0L normal petrol engine. New leaked documents now reveal the design, colours and interiors of the upcoming Alto K10.
2022 Maruti Alto K10 Design
Based on the leaked documents, we can confirm that the 2022 Alto K10 gets sweptback, halogen-based headlamps. Other highlights at the front include a honeycomb pattern grille flanked by C-shaped cuts. The side profile reveals flap-type body-coloured door handles. We expect the new Alto K10 to come with 14-inch steel wheels as opposed to the outgoing model’s 12-inch wheels. At the rear, the new Alto K10 gets circular tail lights along with Suzuki and Alto badging.
2022 Maruti Alto K10 Colour Options
As per the leaked brochure, Maruti Suzuki will offer the new Alto K10 in 6 colour options:
- White
- Silver
- Grey
- Red
- Brown
- Blue
2022 Maruti Alto K10 Dimensions
Based on a previously leaked document, we know that the 2022 Alto K10 will be bigger than the outgoing model. The 2022 Alto K10 measures 3,530mm in length, 1,490mm in width, 1,520mm in height and gets a wheelbase of 2380mm.

2022 Alto K10 Interior
On the inside, the new Alto K10 gets a refreshed dashboard design. The AC vents sit atop a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. However, we expect Maruti Suzuki to reserve features such as power windows, touchscreen infotainment system for the top-spec variants only. Other features that are worth highlighting include keyless entry, manual AC, digital instrument cluster and internally-adjustable ORVMs.
2022 Alto K10 Engine And Transmission
The new Alto is likely to be powered by the same 1.0L normal petrol engine seen in the new Celerio, S-Presso and Wagon-R. In the Celerio, this engine produces 66PS of power at 5500rpm and 89Nm of torque at 3500rpm. Like the Celerio, the new Alto is likely to offer the option of both 5-speed manual and 5-speed automated manual transmissions.
