The 2024 MG Astor SUV was launched recently at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs. 9.98 lakh. Although the prices of the Astor 2024 are lower than before, MG India are now offering their C-segment SUV with more features. In this article, we take a look at 6 new features of Astor in 2024.

What Are The New Features In MG Astor 2024?

For 2024, MG have added 6 new features to the Astor C-segment SUV. The 6 new features are:

Ventilated seats
Auto-dimming IRVM
Wireless charger
Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
Panoramic sunroof
i-Smart 2.0 connected car technology.

MG Astor 2024 Variants And Prices

Apart from adding new features, MG India have dropped the prices of the C-segment SUV. The Astor base variant with the normal petrol engine is now priced at Rs. 9.98 lakh while the top-spec Savvy Pro turbo petrol variant is priced at Rs. 17.90 lakh. 2024 MG Astor Powertrain Options

MG India continue to offer the Astor with 2 engines and 3 transmission options. The 1.5-litre normal petrol engine puts out 110PS of power and 144Nm of torque and is available with either a 5-speed manual or an 8-speed CVT automatic transmission. The 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine produces 140PS of power and 220Nm of torque and only comes with a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

The MG Astor’s rivals include the Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Volkswagen Taiun, Skoda Kushaq and the upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift.
