Tata Motors are all set to launch the 2023 Nexon B2-SUV tomorrow. The carmaker opened bookings for the new Nexon on September 4 for a token amount of Rs. 21,000. Read on to know more about the 2023 Tata Nexon.

2023 Tata Nexon — Fresh Design Inside And Out

The new Nexon offers a fresh design inside and out, giving it an enhanced appeal over the outgoing model. The new Nexon now offers split LED headlights, bringing it closer to the rest of Tata’s SUVs. Other design elements include LED fog lights, new 16-inch machined alloy wheels, connected LED tail lights, and a neatly-concealed rear wiper underneath the extended rear roof spoiler.

On the inside too, the new Nexon looks fresh thanks to a new dashboard design. The Nexon is currently the only SUV in its class to offer soft-touch finish on the dashboard. It also offers a new 2-spoke steering wheel design, which also incorporates the illuminated Tata logo. Depending on the variant you choose, Tata Motors also offer various interior themes featuring different colours for the dashboard and seat upholstery.

2023 Tata Nexon — More Powertrain Combinations

While the new Nexon continues to offer the same 1.2L turbo petrol and 1.5L turbo diesel engines as before, it now offers more transmission choices with the petrol engine. Along with the 6-speed manual and AMT, the turbo petrol engine now comes with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission as well. Meanwhile, the base variants come with a 5-speed manual transmission. The diesel engine continues to offer a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automated manual transmission (AMT). Both engines offer identical power and torque figures.
