Skoda Kushaq Deliveries To Begin From 12 July | V3Cars
Skoda has launched the Kushaq at a starting price of Rs 10.50 lakh (ex-showroom India). Bookings for the SUV are underway for a token amount of Rs 35,000 and deliveries are scheduled to begin from 12 July.
Skoda will only deliver the Kushaq 1.0L from 12 July as deliveries for the 1.5L Kushaq will get underway from the first week of August, as confirmed earlier. Skoda Kuhsaq is offered in three variants: Active, Ambition and Style with prices ranging from Rs 10.50 lakh to Rs 17.60 lakh (ex-showroom India).
Under the hood, the Kushaq is offered with two TSI turbo petrol engines. While the 1.0-litre unit makes 115PS and 178Nm, the 1.5-litre TSI engine making 150PS and 250Nm. Both the engines are mated to a 6-speed MT as standard with an option of 6-speed AT and 7-speed DSG with 1.0L and 1.5L engines, respectively. Currently, Skoda is offering the 1.5L engine only in the top-spec Style variant while the 1.0L unit is offered on all three variants. Skoda is also expected to launch the Monte Carlo variant of the Kushaq which is also likely to be offered with the 1.5-litre engine only.
Skoda is offering the Kushaq in monotone colour options only. It is available in five colours: Candy White, Reflex Silver, Carbon Steel, Honey Orange and Tornado Red.
