101 MG Windsor EVs Delivered In Chennai In A Single Day | V3Cars
JSW MG Motor India have announced the delivery of 101 units of the 2024 Windsor EV in a single day at their MG FPL dealership in Chennai. The Windsor EV, which is priced from Rs. 13.50 lakh to Rs. 15.50 lakh (ex-showroom, without BaaS), garnered 15,176 bookings within 24 hours of booking announcement. The C-segment EV, which rivals the Nexon EV and XUV400, witnessed strong sales in October 2024.
MG Sell Over 3,000 Units Of Windsor EV In October 2024
MG Motor India sold 3,116 units of the Windsor EV in its first month of sale. MG say the Windsor EV contributed nearly 30% of all passenger electric cars sold in the country in October 2024. The introduction of ‘Battery as a Service’, or BaaS, played a significant role in the strong sales figures last month. The 2024 Windsor EV offers several first-in-class features such as 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Aero Lounge seats that recline up to 135 degrees. It also offers 4 drive modes, a glass roof, and a 604-litre boot space. The Windsor EV is powered by a IP67-certified 38kWh battery pack that gives it a claimed range of 331km (ARAI). The single electric motor in the Windsor EV produces 136PS of power and 200Nm of torque
