MG Hector Blackstorm Exterior Design Changes

The MG Hector Blackstorm offers several changes to differentiate it from the standard SUVs, including:

• Starry black paint colour
• LED projector headlamps with piano black bezels
• 18-inch all-black alloy wheels
• Dark chrome diamond mesh grille
• Blackstorm emblem
• Piano black roof rails
• Dark chrome front and rear skid plates
• Smoked LED connected tail lamps
• All 4 disc brakes with red brake calipers
• Side body cladding with dark chrome finish

MG Hector Blackstorm Interior And Features

The MG Hector Blackstorm is available with 5, 6 and 7 seater options. On the inside, the Hector Blackstorm gets an all-black theme with gun metal grey accents. It also gets a 14-inch vertically-oriented touchscreen infotainment system. Other features include a deep red ambient lighting, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, powered driver’s seat, Level-2 ADAS, and a digital driver’s display.

MG Hector Blackstorm Ex-Showroom Prices

The MG Hector Blackstorm is based on the Sharp Pro variants of the Hector and Hector Plus. Here are the variant-wise prices of the 2024 Hector Blackstorm

The MG Hector Blckstorm variants are priced at a premium of Rs. 25,000 over the corresponding Sharp Pro variants they are based on. The Hector Blackstorm 6-seater is only available with the diesel engine.

MG Hector Blackstorm Powertrain Specifications

The MG Hector Blackstorm gets 2 engine and 2 transmission options. The Hector Blackstorm petrol is powered by a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine mated to a CVT automatic. It produces 143PS of power and 250Nm of torque. The 2.0-litre diesel engine comes with 6-speed manual transmission and puts out 170PS of power and 350Nm of torque.

The MG Hector Blackstorm will compete against the Tata Harrier Dark and Safari Dark, among other C2 and D1 SUVs like the Hyundai Creta N Line and Kia Seltos X-Line.
