Kia Tops FADA Dealer Satisfaction Study For Three Years In A Row | V3Cars
Kia ranked first in the latest dealer satisfaction study conducted by Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA). Kia scored 871 points, which is 152 more than the industry average. This is the third time in a row the South Korean carmaker have topped the FADA dealer satisfaction study.

Kia are also the only carmaker to score over 850 points for 2 consecutive years. In the survey, Kia secured a 41 points lead over its nearest competitor, Hyundai. The average dealer satisfaction score in FADA Dealer Satisfaction Study 2022 in the 4-wheeler segment was 773 points.

Commenting on the achievement, Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, vice president and national head of sales and marketing, Kia India stated, “It is a moment of great joy for us and we feel humbled by this recognition. Kia currently offer 5 cars in India, including the Seltos, Carnival, Sonet, Carens and the EV6 electric crossover. However, the latter was brought to our market in limited numbers and Kia are still in talks with the South Korea headquarters to allocate more units of the EV6. Furthermore, Kia are also readying an affordable made-in-India electric vehicle that is slated for launch in 2025.
