Compared to the Kia Seltos C-segment SUV, the EV3 is 65mm shorter in length, 50mm wider, 85mm shorter in height and has a 70mm longer wheelbase.
In terms of design, the production-spec EV3 looks similar to the EV3 concept unveiled in 2023. Up front, the EV3 features a closed-off grille. The horizontal section of the LED DRLs are connected by a thin cooling slit while the horizontal LED DRLs double up as turn indicators. The headlamps get LED illumination as well.
Around the side, the new EV3 features thick body cladding and aero-optimised alloy wheels. The roof gets a floating effect thanks to blacked-out A-, B-, and C-pillars. Roof rails and a shark fin antenna round off the side profile of the EV3.
At the rear, the EV3 gets L-shaped LED taillamps connected by a plastic element in the centre. The rear windshield is steeply raked and the bumper gets a chunky silver skid plate.

Kia EV3 Interior And Features
On the inside, the Kia EV3 features a minimalist design with slim air vents and physical buttons for certain car functions. The 2-spoke steering wheel features multi-function buttons as well. The sliding centre console features a cubby hole and a few buttons for hill descent control, park assist and other functions. Cupholders, dual wireless chargers and a tray reside under the centre armrest.
Kia say the EV3 uses sustainable materials like recycled fabric and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in places like the dashboard, armrests, door cards, seats, and floor mats.
In terms of features, the dashboard features a well integrated dual 12.3-inch screen for driver instrumentation and infotainment with a touchscreen panel sandwiched in between for HVAC controls. Other feature highlights include a Harmon Kardon music system, Kia AI assistant, and Level-2 ADAS features such as forward collision avoidance, lane-keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control.
Kia EV3 India Launch And Expected Prices
Kia India are yet to reveal a launch timeline for the EV3. However, we expect the carmaker to launch the EV3 in mid- or late-2025. Kia are likely to launch the EV9 3-row electric SUV ahead of the EV3. Like the EV6 that’s already on sale in India, Kia are likely to offer the EV3 with both powertrain options, albeit in a single trim – GT Line. We expect the electric Kia SUV to get a price tag of Rs. 30.0 lakh at launch.
