Kia India recently updated the prices of the Carens by up to Rs. 50,000. After this price revision, the Carens' ex-showroom prices now start at Rs. 10.45 lakh and tops out at Rs. 18.95 lakh.

Along with this revision, Kia also added 9 new variants powered by a new 1.5L turbo petrol engine and discontinued the 1.4L turbo petrol engine option variants.

Prices of the Carens 1.5L normal petrol went up by Rs. 25,000. In terms of percentage, for the Carens 1.5L normal petrol, the Premium 7 manual variant saw the biggest price increase of 2.45%.

Kia introduced a new 1.5L turbo petrol engine option for the Carens. 6 variants of the new Carens turbo petite are available with the auto-clutch manual transmission and 3 variants with the DCT automatic transmission. The prices of the 1.5L turbo petrol variants start from Rs. 12 lakh and go up to Rs. 18.45 lakh (ex-showroom).
