Kia Partner With FIFA For U-17 Women’s World Cup India 2022 | V3Cars
Kia have announced that they are the official automotive partner for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup India 2022. Under the partnership, Kia have supplied 68 vehicles to FIFA. These include 30 units of the Carens, 20 units of the Carnival and 18 units of the Seltos.
Kia handed over the vehicles to FIFA officials in a vehicle handover ceremony held at the DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai on October 7. Tae-Jin Park, Managing Director & CEO, Kia India, and Jaime Yarza, Director of Tournaments, FIFA, attended the ceremony.

FIFA will use these Kia vehicles to transport national football teams, referees, match officials, delegates and other VIP officials during the entire event. Kia will also provide 24-hour roadside assistance to FIFA throughout the tournament.
India will host the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2022 from October 11 to October 30, 2022. During the tournament, matches will be held in Navi Mumbai, Bhubaneswar and Goa. This is the 7th edition of the biennial tournament, but the first one to be hosted in India. This is not the first time that Kia partnered with FIFA. Kia was an official sponsor of FIFA on numerous events, including the FIFA World Cup, since the beginning of the partnership in 2007.
