Here’s a list of all upcoming cars from Citroen that are set to launch in India in 2024. While Citroen are yet to confirm any launches in 2024, we expect the new C3 Aircross EV and C3X crossover sedan to make it to our shores. Let’s begin the list with cars that are likely to launch in early 2024.

Citroen C3 Aircross EV - H1 2024

Citroen C3 Aircross EV

Citroen India are likely to launch the electrified version of the C3 Aircross in the first half of 2024. The C1-segment SUV is likely to feature a larger battery and a more powerful electric motor than the eC3 SUV. For reference, the eC3 is powered by a 29.2kWh battery pack and a single electric motor at the front axle that puts out 57PS of power and 143Nm of torque. While the ec3 offers a claimed range of 320km, expect the ec3 Aircross to offer close to 400km per charge. When launched, the C3 Aircross EV will compete with the upcoming Hyundai Creta EV, albeit with a lower price tag.

Citroen C3X - H2 2024

C3X

Citroen India are currently testing the C3X in India and various spy shots of the crossover sedan have emerged online over the past year. Spy shots of the Citroen C3X’s interior suggest that the C3X will share most of its interior components with the C3 and C3 Aircross. The test mule featured the same dashboard as the C3, which offers a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital driver’s display, vertical AC vents on either ends, and a 3-spoke multifunction steering wheel.

In terms of design, we expect the C3X to offer the same front end as the C3 Aircross, which boasts a split headlamp setup and a slim grille with Citroen’s chevron logo. The side profile is expected to feature body cladding and a sloping rear end. When launched, the C3X is likely to compete with the ICE variants of the upcoming Tata Curvv.

Special Editions And Variants

Meanwhile, Citroen could launch special editions and variants of their current models - the C3 and C3 Aircross - to keep them fresh in the face of stiff competition in their respective segments. We could expect Citroen to address the lack of a few must-have and good-to-have features with these special editions. Expect these special editions to be priced at a premium over the top variants of the C3 and C3 Aircross.
