BYD Delivers First Batch of 340 Atto 3 SUVs Across India | V3Cars

The BYD Atto 3 was launched in November 2022 and at the 2023 Auto Expo, they showcased a limited edition version of the eSUV with a forest green paint job. On February 6, BYD announced that they had successfully delivered 340 units of the e-SUV to customers across India. Globally, 251 units of the car were sold within 11 months of its launch. In January 2023 alone, 231 units of the car were sold globally.

The BYD Atto 3 is a C-segment electric SUV and competes with cars like Hyundai Kona and MG ZS EV. The e-SUV has an ARAI-certified range of 521 kms and charges from 0% to 80% in just 50 minutes with its fast charging technology. The table below lists the specifications of the Atto 3:

BYD claim that they have received more than 2,000 bookings for the car. The Atto 3 is a feature-loaded car with a very futuristic interior and exterior looks. The following are some of the noteworthy features of the car:

The 5-seater Atto 3 is priced at Rs. 33,99,000 (ex-showroom). The recently introduced Forest Green colour of the car is available at a premium of Rs. 50,000.
