Boys And Machines Offer In-House Service Advantage With Luxury, Exotic Cars | V3Cars
If you have the cash to spare and want to experience a luxury or exotic sports car, then a pre-owned or used car remains a strong option. We have explained in detail at least 2 good reasons why you should skip a new car and buy a used car regardless of your budget. We wanted to find out what edge Boys and Machines offer over other businesses in the luxury and sports car space. And their in-house service capabilities along with the doorstep service facility is what gives them an advantage over their rivals.

In-House Workshop And Doorstep Service For Outstation Customers
During our interaction with Akash Chaturvedi, the CEO of Boys and Machines, we learned that their ability and in-house expertise to service luxury and even exotic cars give them an edge. For customers in the Delhi and NCR region, Boys and Machines use their fully-equipped workshop in Gurugram. Meanwhile, for customers in other cities, the company flies out expert technicians with all the necessary tools to service the car in their city.
Knowing that the dealer you’re doing business with has the tools and expertise to service and fix luxury and supercars gives their customers extra peace of mind. Dealing with a pre-owned car business, which only handles the sales adds some risk to the mix. A business running only the sales might be reluctant to address your complaint post-sale to avoid the hassle and costs of bringing an expensive third-party repair shop in the middle of the discussions.
While the staff at the BAM workshop in Gurgaon specialises in luxury and sports cars, the team can also service pretty much any car out there. The workshop has the space and manpower to service roughly 10 cars every day.

Same-Day Delivery
During our discussion, the other factor which Mr. Chaturvedi highlighted is of delivery times.
“Post pandemic, we witnessed a V-shaped recovery. The new-car manufacturing is still trying to keep up with the demand and causing huge delays. The demand side is disproportionately heavy and the supply is low. This is also making a lot of car buyers choose pre-owned cars. Even those buyers who would’ve never considered a pre-owned car are exploring our catalogue as several new cars carry a multi-year waiting period stretching up to 4 years.”
Besides saving their customers a good chunk of cash compared to a new car, Akash says, choosing a car from their pre-owned collection offers customers the luxury of same-day, doorstep delivery.
Wide Sales Network Getting Wider
The company currently have a sales outlet in Kolkata, Mumbai, Gurugram and Hyderabad. They’re also soon opening up sales ‘studios’ in Ahmedabad, Indore and Chandigarh to become the only pre-owned exotic car dealer with a presence in 7 cities in India.
