In this April 2022 Kia cars sales analysis, we’ll look at the car sales of Kia for the previous month. We’ll also compare the YoY and MoM change to find out which Kia model’s sales improved and which ones declined. Lastly, the table with monthly sales for the last 6 months will give you an idea about the 6-month sales trend of all Kia cars.

April 2022 - Kia Car Sales Figures - YoY Change

The Sonet was the top-selling car for Kia and was also the top gainer with over 80% YoY growth
The Sonet was followed by the Carens D1-segment MPV with a 6% YoY growth
The Seltos saw a 4% YoY decline in April 2023 compared to April 2022
Kia sold 152 units of the EV6 in the month of April

April 2022 - Kia Car Sales Figures - MoM Change

All of the cars from Kia saw a growth in April compared to the month of March with the exception of the Carnival MPV, which reported 0 sales in April
The Kia Carnival also reported the biggest decline in numbers in March MoM comparison analysis with a decrease of around 67%
The Sonet was the top gainer in the MoM comparison as well, with a 12.3% growth in April
The Sonet was followed by Seltos with a 10% MoM growth
The Carens reported a nominal MoM growth of 0.08%
