The C3 is not available with any petrol-automatic option. The WagonR petrol-automatic is available in 3 variants, with prices ranging from Rs. 6.54 lakh to Rs. 7.30 lakh (ex-showroom).

Citroen C3 is not available with a CNG-manual powertrain. The Maruti Suzuki WagonR CNG-manual is available in 2 variants with prices ranging from Rs. 6.43 lakh to Rs. 6.88 lakh (ex-showroom). 

Citroen has no plans of offering the C3 with a diesel engine and neither does Maruti Suzuki with the WagonR.

The Citroen C3 is a crossover SUV while the Maruti Suzuki WagonR is a hatchback. The C3 is 3981mm long, 1733mm wide and 1604mm tall. The C3’s wheelbase is 2540mm long. The WagonR measures 3655mm long, 1620mm wide and 1675mm tall and has a wheelbase measuring 2453mm. In terms of dimensions, the Citroen C3 is significantly larger than the Maruti Suzuki WagonR. So, the C3 will offer a stronger road presence than the WagonR.

The ground clearance of C3 is 180 mm, while the WagonR has a ground clearance of 165mm. The 315-litre boot space of the C3 is 26 litres smaller than that of the WagonR.

The Maruti Suzuki WagonR is available with 2 petrol engines - a 1.0L normal petrol and a 1.2L normal petrol engine. The 1.0L normal petrol engine gets a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT automatic transmission, while the 1.2L normal petrol engine is available with a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT automatic transmission.

The 1.0L normal petrol engine of the WagonR makes 67PS of power at 5500rpm and 89Nm of torque at 3400rpm. The 1.2L normal petrol engine in the Maruti Suzuki WagonR pushes out 90PS of power at 6000rpm and 113Nm of torque at 4400rpm.
