The Citroen C3 and the Mahindra XUV300 are both SUVs. The C3 is 3981mm long, 1733mm wide and 1604mm tall. The C3’s wheelbase is 2540mm long. The XUV300 measures 3995mm long, 1821mm wide and 1627mm tall and has a wheelbase measuring 2600mm. In terms of dimensions, the Citroen C3 is considerably smaller than the Mahindra XUV300. So, the XUV300 will offer a stronger road presence than the C3.

Both cars have an identical ground clearance of 180mm. The 315-litre boot space of the C3 is 58 litres larger than that of the XUV300.

The XUV300’s 1.2L turbo petrol engine with multi-point fuel injection system makes 110PS of power at 5000rpm and 200Nm of torque between 2000rpm and 3500rpm. The XUV300’s 1.2L turbo petrol engine with direct fuel injection system makes 130PS of power at 5000rpm and 230Nm of torque between 1500rpm and 3700rpm.

The Mahindra XUV300 only gets a 1.5L turbo diesel engine, which is available with a 6-speed manual and 6-speed AMT automatic transmission. The XUV300’s turbo diesel engine makes 117PS of power at 3750rpm and 300Nm of torque between 1500rpm and 2500rpm.
