To register your car or bike for a permanent RC, you have to visit the nearest RTO office with the following documents.
1. Application form CMV 20 (duly filled and signed)
2. Sales certificate in Form 21
3. Roadworthiness certificate in Form 22
4. Vehicle insurance certificate
5. Address proof (Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, etc.)
6. Identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN card, passport, etc.)
7. Proof of vehicle purchase (invoice, sales receipt, etc.)
8. Form 34 (if the vehicle is under a loan)
9. Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate
10. Passport-sized photographs of the vehicle owner
11. Customs clearance certificate (for imported vehicles)
12. Temporary registration number
13. NOC from the previous RTO (for vehicles registered in other states)
These documents are necessary for completing the vehicle registration process at the Delhi RTO office.
